Pandemic Sites/Pandemic Sights consists of a series of photographs that document my neighborhood and other parts of New York City during the first year of the Pandemic. I couldn’t believe that I could stand in the middle of what would, normally, be an extremely busy thoroughfare. I love New York City fiercely! As the Pandemic raged and NYC became the epicenter, taking these photos was a way for me to process my own trauma and try to make sense of my unrecognizable city.
